So the guy who lived in the apartment before me was supposed to shampoo the carpet. I was present when the landlady and him had that conversation. Today, I went down there to sign the lease and get the keys. Okay, so I'm not very happy with the new loans officer at my bank. See, I applied for a loan a number of weeks ago for certain reasons. Now, I have had four previous loans with my bank, the last one was for my car, and the loans officer at the time did not even require me to have a co-signer.
